Reservations
In order to book a reservation, 50% of the rental fee and the security deposit are required. For regular season reservations we ask that you make your reservation through the Vrbo website, as they offer an insurance policy that would waive the security deposit. Look us up under VRBO Property #2274100
You may also make reservations directly with us at (715) 263-3810. Individual rooms available only on Hosted Weekends. We accept checks (30 days in advance) or cash.
Cancellations
Reservations made through the Vrbo website will follow Vrbo cancellation policies. Reservations made directly with the Sanctuary at Clear Lake will be as follows:
More than 60 days prior to your arrival date: full refund
More than 30 days prior to your arrival date: 50% refund of full rental amount
Less than 30 days prior to your arrival date: NO refund
Check In Check Out Policy
CHECK IN: 4PM
Prior to Check in, please contact our manager at (715) 263-3810.
Identify the time that you intend to arrive. The manager will meet you at the property.
A short tour and identification of specific accommodations will be followed by the transfer of keys.
Parking is plentiful around the building and in the adjacent lot next to the Sanctuary.
CHECK OUT: 11AM
Prior to Check out, please contact our manager to identify a check out time, especially if it will be earlier than the standard 11am. Otherwise, she will meet you at the property about 20 minutes prior to your 11 am check out. We require a walk-through with responsible guest at time of check-out. In addition to turning in your keys, we ask the following:
please wash your dishes and/or start up dishwasher
remove all food and beverages from refrigerators and freezers
check bedrooms and gathering spaces for personal items, especially chargers
please move back any furniture that you may have repositioned
identify any problems you may have had during your rental; Suggestions always welcome!
Additional Fees for any of the following:
removal of food left behind
lost or missing keys
broken items
shipping & labor charges to return personal items left behind
